You will be responsible for: You’ll supply prescriptions, deliver a range of NHS and Private services and provide healthcare advice to customers You'll play an active role in our charities support program giving advice to people in the community at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.

You will play a key role in the growth of Selwood by helping to ensure the branch meets or better still, exceeds plan and objectives.

You will need management experience and be able to lead by example, demonstrating effective behaviours and developing an excellent team spirit and outstanding quality of service.

You should have a strong clientele background, with a solid database of personal contacts and clients - Previous retail experience within the premium sector is preferred

You will be an exceptional people manager, with strong leadership and motivational skills - Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills

You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns deliver measurable outcomes beyond traditional ROAS, focusing on profitability, unit economics, and sustainable scaling. Proficiency in third-party attribution tools such as Triple Whale and reporting platforms like Google Looker Studio and Supermetrics is essential.

You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £13.41 per hour + non contractual, hourly sales commission.

You will have a positive attitude towards providing exceptional customer service, the ability to lead a team, the stamina to work on a fast-paced shop floor and the capacity to work calmly under pressure.

You will plays an important role in the day-to-day operations of our store activities by providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments and helping maintain the store’s appearance.

You will be working on construction sites with potential risks in and around your work area.

You will be required to supervise all aspects of the solution/sales project from conception to completion in conjunction with the solutions/sales team.

You will assist our drivers with loading and unloading of our vehicles.

You will have served a recognised apprenticeship as a Panel Beater and gained a technical qualification (such as NVQ / VCQ / SVQ / ATA).

You must have previous experience working as a Panel Beater within a busy body shop and be a strong team player with a self-motivation to earn bonus hours.
