You will be instrumental in delivering to complex business requirements, creating scalable, effective, and user-centric solutions while driving team success and excellent customer experiences and return on their project investments. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that demands both technical and consultative expertise, with a strong emphasis on leadership, planning, and communication.
You will also help scale the solution consulting function, collaborating closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role combining technical expertise, client engagement, and strategic influence. Key Responsibilities: - Support direct and channel sales through qualification, discovery, demos, and technical workshops.
You will need to provide evidence of eligibility (e.g. a passport or long birth certificate and proof of NI) and current proof of address (dated within the last 3 months), will be required as part of the recruitment process. You will be responsible for driving sales, processing repair intakes, and ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming. This role operates on a zero-hour basis, offering flexibility, but requires a candidate who is available to work during our busiest times, specifically weekends.
