Support Worker needed for supported living services, flexible shifts available, requiring UK experience and DBS check.
You will be working in our residential service that is home to 4 very characterful individuals with very different personalities. For genuine occupational reasons we are looking to appoint a female candidate only (exemption under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9).
You must hold a full manual UK Driver's License, and be willing to drive a Sense vehicle.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle. The position offers an annual salary up to £29,856.80 and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
You will also require to hold a Full UK driving licence to provide transport for individuals at the service. Sense support our staff to gain skills and qualifications and experience – such as we take part annually in a Mentoring scheme with 11 other charities – this is addition to providing all staff with a great induction, and plenty of training.
You will need to be a good role model.
