You will support and coach the team to ensure they deliver a great experience and are also driving any key metrics. This role covers a 5-day working week over 7 days, so flexibility is very important.

You will also ensure that your team receives the necessary training and support.

You will be working with six people from principals to apprentices, liaising with operational managers, heads of departments as well as the Health & Safety teams. This role offers exposure to the Wider Control Damage Hazards team whilst individually being given the opportunity for professional growth within the function.

You will lead, coach and develop a shift-based engineering team while remaining actively involved in maintenance, breakdown response, fabrication and improvement work. You'll play a key role in improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime and building a high-performance, safety-first culture.

You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and improvement of our machinery and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly. You will oversee electrical and mechanical work within a manufacturing environment and supervise a team of engineers.
