Service Team Manager jobs in Northamptonshire
You will lead a team of seven (including two incoming apprentices), ensuring they are in the right roles, supported, and delivering high-quality work. The team already provides a range of HR reporting — from absence, turnover and sickness data, through to monthly scorecards, service KPIs and dashboards for the HR Directors and Executive Committee.
You will provide leadership to your team, who will consist of each team consists of a Team Manager, Advanced Practitioner, who holds complex cases and supports 5 or 6 Social Workers / Senior Social Workers and a Newly Qualified Social Worker within their team.
You will have the ability to manage a team and ensure development and performance issues are addressed though support and coaching.
You will also monitor volumes being handled by each member of staff and step in where required to avoid work building up. - Encourage service excellence and build strong client and tenant relationships. - Monitor team performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
