You will be part of our interdisciplinary and international team and will collaborate with ERM offices across the UK, EMEA and globally.
You will be educated to degree level (as a minimum) in Psychology, Human Factors and/or Ergonomics, hold chartered membership status with the IEHF or another relevant institution (or hold the necessary qualifications and experience to apply for chartership).
You will have demonstrable experience of liaising with multi-disciplinary teams, developing and auditing various care and/or support plans, risk management, people management, and developing close links in the local community, promoting the service and the organisation.
You will be responsible for supervising engineers, managing resources, and supporting customer contracts, while driving performance against key KPIs. As a Remedial Service Manager, you will: - Oversee recruitment and resourcing in line with operational requirements. - Manage engineer activity on-site, ensuring productivity and SLA compliance.
