I am working with a consultancy feeding into the public sector who need 2x Senior NodeJS developers to join a 6 month project. Inside IR35 Remote (1x every 6 weeks to London/ Manchester/ Newcastle office) SC eligible Around £500 per day - Node.js - Typescript - Nunjucks - AWS - Kubernetes - Containerisation - Monitoring – Prometheus, Grafana, Alert Manager - Mentor / leadership experience

You will not be a people manager, but a hands-on-keyboard leader and a force multiplier for the team. Your primary responsibility will entail diving deep into our codebase, untangling its intricacies, and crafting a new future by harnessing innovative AI and automation.

You will operate with significant autonomy, influencing the technical strategy for our key products and mentoring senior engineers.

You will collaborate with HR squad members to ensure user stories and artifacts meet the needs of the Product Owner, and key stakeholders.

You will use your deep knowledge of staffing applications and business process to support the Product Owner with backlog prioritization.

You will develop and maintain event‐driven applications and services that power content delivery across the organisation.

You will report to the Team Lead.

You will develop new applications using an event‐driven architecture and improve the functionality of existing applications.
