You will be based in our psychosocial team working with adult males (over 18 years old).
You will be responsible for delivering a range of elements of our substance use work including case management, assessments, care planning, the delivery of one-to-one interventions to include harm reduction and motivational work, group work, and engagement support as well as other associated duties.
You will work with young people who are at risk of gang exploitation; child sexual exploitation; substance misuse; criminal or anti-social behaviour; those who have been excluded from school or violent towards other people in the home, or those who have been subject to missing episodes.
You will work relationally and practically to help each young person develop the skills and confidence they need to move forward. This is a hands-on, people-centred role that combines emotional support, safeguarding, practical life skills and community building. Key Responsibilities:
