You will play a key role in shaping client strategies, supporting junior team members, and contributing to the firm’s evolving service offering. Remote working is available for up to three days per week, complemented by flexible hours designed to support a healthy work-life balance.

You will also assist other areas of the business as and when required.

You will ideally have at least 4-5 years' practice experience with a good accounts background and preferably hold a professional qualification such as AAT, ACCA or ACA or equivalent. A good working knowledge of Excel, QuickBooks, Xero, Dext and FreeAgent would also be an advantage.

You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, which will include training, supervisions and delegating duties on shift.

You will also support with the administering and ordering of medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessment, and liaising with GP's, district nursing teams and resident family members.

You will be trusted to run your own pipeline, meet clients face to face, and be rewarded properly for the revenue you generate.

You will work collaboratively alongside audit and tax teams, as well as liaising with external advisers to ensure assignments are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with client expectations.

You will also support the wider team by assisting with technical queries and mentoring junior staff, playing an important role in the ongoing development of the department.

You will collaborate closely with Project Managers, fellow Engineers, and customers to deliver robust, scalable, and future-proof automation solutions that meet demanding industry standards.
