You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, which will include training, supervisions and delegating duties on shift.
You will also support with the administering and ordering of medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessment, and liaising with GP's, district nursing teams and resident family members.
You must have at least 2 year's previous experience working within an accountancy practice to be considered for this role. At the more Senior level, candidates will be expected to have circa 5+ years' of experience.
You will need to have full membership to a chartered body, such as AAT, ATT, ACCA, etc.
You will be required to go through security clearance in time for the MOD side of their work, which will give you access to a huge range of different buildings to work on and types of engineering within the sector.
You will also assist other areas of the business as and when required.
You will ideally have at least 4-5 years' practice experience with a good accounts background and preferably hold a professional qualification such as AAT, ACCA or ACA or equivalent. A good working knowledge of Excel, QuickBooks, Xero, Dext and FreeAgent would also be an advantage.
