You will lead their efforts to support industrial distributors across the region, ensuring their products are readily available to customers. This role involves managing the distribution team to drive business development with both new and existing regional distributors and subsidiaries.
You will define, build, and lead the global enablement strategy for Pure's distributor network, transforming them into a powerful force for partner success.
You will collaborate closely with Distribution Sales, Partner Enablement, and Channel Technical teams to ensure distributors are fully equipped to drive business and empower their downstream reseller ecosystems.
You will demonstrate a pro-active approach to design development, working within a team environment from the project's inception through to its completion.
You will be tasked with the control of the complete design process involving the management of consultants, liaison with the relevant statutory and local authorities and other internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
You will identify and secure authorized licensing opportunities for "White-Space Categories"—high-precision lifestyle products such as Designer Small Appliances, Home Essentials, and Tech Accessories. By combining Yibi’s certified manufacturing prowess with our sophisticated China distribution network, you will empower British brands to expand their lifestyle footprint without capital risk.
You will own key UK grocery accounts end to end, shaping joint business plans, negotiating listings and ranges, driving promotional strategy and building long term partnerships.
You will be the person retailers trust to represent the brand and the person internally who makes sure the brand shows up brilliantly on shelf.
