SEND Teaching Assistant jobs in Slough

You will support them through emotional regulation, conflict resolution, support their mental wellbeing and make sure they have the right tools in their tool box to cope in healthy ways. Many of these students come from tricky backgrounds and have been exposed to adverse childhood experiences that contribute to complex trauma.

You will work closely with teachers and support staff to re-engage pupils in learning, help them develop positive coping strategies and create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

You must be suitably qualified for the position advertised and be prepared to attend a face to face interview with Axcis to demonstrate your suitability for this role.
