You will lead on all Framework bids and renewals, governance, and management, including building strong relationships with Framework Owners and Primes.
You will also be responsible for managing the capture of incoming call off opportunities, leading the triage process and the development of proposals to deliver sustainable growth and business performance.
You will be on the ground floor of our commercial growth, combining hands-on outreach with the strategic ability to manage complex sales cycles in technical industries.
You will manage the end-to-end sales process, giving you total control over how you hit your targets and grow your sector.
You will be involved in: - Designing PCBs using FPGAs, SoCs, high-speed network interfaces, and analogue/RF signal
You will be running a project or a complex section of a large project.
You will ensure that the project is delivered in a safe, timely, efficient and sustainable manner, whilst achieving project targets, meeting client expectations and enhancing the reputation of the business.

You will be involved in: - Simulating and implementing signal, image, or data processing algorithms in VHDL for FPGAs - Designing PCBs using FPGAs, SoCs, high speed network interfaces and analogue/RF signal filtering - Performing schematic capture using OrCAD - Managing PCB layout, fabrication and assembly subcontractors
