You will be the key point of contact for our clients and play a critical role in strengthening relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will report directly to our Director of International Business Development.

You will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of key enterprise clients.

You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity identification and solution positioning to contract negotiation and post-sale handoff, while collaborating closely with internal partners including Solution Executives, Solution Engineers, Professional Services, and Customer Success.

You will work at the intersection of advanced engineering and real‐world problem‐solving, developing cutting‐edge products that counter evolving threats. Our teams use technologies across AI/DS, Cyber, Cloud, DevOps/SRE, and Platform Engineering, supporting customers across the National Security, Defence and Intelligence community.

You will manage structured cabling, conduct compliance testing, and work closely with engineering teams to verify connectivity and readiness before handover.

You will also be trusted to take ownership of build documentation, schedules, and compliance reporting, ensuring installations are accurate, timely, and fully aligned with client requirements.
