You must have a varied knowledge and skill set across the Construction Industry with the ability to manage more than one project at any one time - the value of the projects can range anywhere from £20,000 to £10,000,000.
You will have a New Business target (existing and new customers) to hit every month so your drive to achieve this should be unwavering.
