You will be joining a global Technology business as their Global HR Business Partner on a full-time, permanent basis.
You will provide transactional and advisory support on change management activity and act as a trusted advisor to Managers, offering guidance on people matters including absence, conduct, wellbeing and employee relations.
You will have strong written skills which will involve communicating ideas clearly, concisely, and accurately. Essential skills for this role also include effective editing, research, and organising content to ensure that a document or guide is easily understood and relevant for the target audience.
You will have some knowledge of the legal industry, along with excellent administration skills.
