You will assist them in making bedroom reservations whilst explaining all of the key features of the hotel, enticing them to experience all the property has to offer. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, a great communicator and passionate! As Reservations Agent, key aspects of your role will include:
You will contribute to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction in a polite and professional manner.
You will ensure all reservations are recorded and confirmed in line with company policy, being responsible for cross selling and upselling on initial enquiries.
You will need to undertake necessary vetting checks and apply for a Disclosure Scotland Basic check. We have a legal obligation to ensure that we do not employ any worker who has not been granted the relevant permission to work in the UK. This permission is without exception granted by UK Visas and Immigrations.
