You will play a key role in generating orders and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should be outgoing, resilient, and capable of managing multiple projects. This position includes training on products and collaborating within a supportive team environment.

You will ensure operational excellence and contractual compliance across the UK logistics activities. You'll lead a motivated team, optimise performance, and maintain strong customer relationships while aligning with existing Group standards. You'll assume full operational responsibility for this site and later contribute to the rollout of the logistics model across additional UK sites.

You will be critical in preparing the site for safe, efficient, and sustainable operations ahead of commissioning.

You will have extensive senior people management experience within a large, technical or operational environment, with a proven track record of leading complex teams.
