You will lead cross-functional projects (primarily Workday Time-Off) aimed at enhancing service delivery, efficiency, and employee experience across BCG. You will strengthen governance, coordinate ERM workstreams, deliver executive and board-level reporting, and engage stakeholders to foster a risk-aware culture across BCG. In this role you will have one direct report to support you as you set the governance for ERM. Key Responsibilities:
