You will deliver regular supervisions, training, and coaching to help staff develop their skills and perform to the highest standards.

You will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner. Being able to stand for prolonged periods of time is needed for the role and access equipment may have to be used on occasion to reach high stockTypical working week will consist of 3-4 x 8-12hr shifts
You must have a 'can do' attitude and be able to work long shifts where required on large counts.
You will coach and mentor them to ensure they perform to the best of their ability. Using your outstanding communication skills, you'll collaborate closely with families, agencies and multi-disciplinary teams to implement and further develop support plans designed to help individuals succeed in their day-to-day lives.
