You will work closely with residents and their families to create and review personalised care plans, safely administer medication, and monitor clinical needs.

You will also provide leadership and guidance to care staff, maintaining high standards of professionalism, teamwork, and compassion.

You must follow the correct processes when notifying your count team of the pick-up points and timings for each shiftEscalating any issues with the vehicle in a timely and efficient mannerCompleting a team attendance sheet, detailing the stock counters expected on the bus, who attended and the arrival time of the bus on site.
