You will need vast experience in commercial refurbishments and can demonstrate projects completed in a live environment.

You will be from a main contractor background, and it would be advantageous if this was from a tier 1 contractor.

You will hold relevant tickets and certs such as SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.

You will work an average 37 hours a week with shift times being 7.00am – 2.30pm or 2.00pm – 9.30pm and you will have every other weekend off. The salary offered is made up of a basic salary £31,931 to £36,423 per annum, plus a guaranteed 10% allowance per annum, paid monthly, alongside the basic salary.

You will need vast experience in commercial refurbishments and can demonstrate projects completed in a live environment.

You will be from a main contractor background, and it would be advantageous if this was from a tier 1 contractor.

You will hold relevant tickets and certs such as SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.

You will also be required to complete the care certificate within 6 months probationary period.

You will provide a range of nursing skills to meet the needs of our patients in a safe and caring environment that promotes dignity, privacy and respect.

You will be allocated to one of the Collaboratives within the trust:

You will need experience in various different elements of construction groundwork, including the ones listed above.

You will be able to provide two valid recent references for the work you have done recently.

You will get consistent work for a family-run construction business that has operated in the area for over 50 years.

You will be responsible for the reception/data entry and processing of clinical specimens, these may include a range of swabs, body fluids, and blood samples. The department operates a 24/7 shift system, as such there is a requirement to fully participate in the rota that supports this.

You will be expected to attend the following training sessions

You will need experience in various different elements of construction groundwork, including the ones listed above.

You will be able to provide two valid recent references for the work you have done recently.

You will get consistent work for a family-run construction business that has operated in the area for over 50 years.
