You will deliver excellent service resulting in asset uptime, first time fix and quality workmanship. Full initial training will be provided with ongoing career development.
You must be a self-starter, able to work on your own Initiative and be proactive in offering improvement, ideas and suggestions while working as part of a team.
You will manage this area taking responsibility for Account Management and new client acquisition.
You will have a strong mechanical engineering aptitude and or qualification either through an engineering apprenticeship and or Engineering Degree.
You will have excellent communication skills and able to communicate and sell to a wide variety of levels.
You will play a key role in driving the optimisation and efficiency of our Microsoft 365 and Configuration Manager environments, ensuring secure, scalable, and modern workplace solutions.
You will be joining our dynamic IT team, with a department consisting of c125 skilled professionals.
