You will report directly to the Business Unit Director for Northern and Western Europe, based in France. Key responsibilities:

You will be an effective communicator, experienced in complaint handling, a true motivator of people and fully experienced in all aspects of Front Office including collating guest feedback, billing and revenue posting. A minimum of 2 years’ Front Office experience is required at Supervisory level or higher, together with full knowledge of OPERA.
