You must be a member of MRTPI, and ideally have a Degree/Diploma in Town Planning. In addition, you will have proven negotiation, communication and influencing skills, as you’ll be liaising with a wide range of external contacts to resolve issues. You will work within a dynamic sales team and liaise closely with onsite Marketing, Customer Relations and Construction teams as well as liaising with offsite agents, sales partners, solicitors and progress sales through to completion.
You must also hold a valid UK Drivers Licence, in the event you are required to visit customers away from the site.
You will liaise with internal and external contacts at the highest levels and will be responsible for organising meetings and travel arrangements for the MD.
You will ensure that the Administrator and Receptionist are supported, providing support during peak periods and cover during days of absence.
You will demonstrate previous experience as a Tower Crane Driver and in possession of a valid tower crane driving licence, having undergone all of the appropriate training as advised in the HSE guidance note GS 39.
You should be able to judge distances, heights and clearances accurately and be able to communicate in English to a high standard.

You will be professionally qualified with membership of IOSH, NEBOSH and / or advanced Health and Safety qualifications.
