What you'll need to succeed - Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential projects. - Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality control.
You will oversee a small team and ensure works are carried out to the highest standard and that client expectations are met in a timely and budgeted manner.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the project is progressing within programme and that all stakeholders are kept informed of works.
