You will lead by example, offering guidance, mentorship, and clear direction to staff, while also working directly with young people to support their development and well-being. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support a team of residential support workers - Ensure the home meets all regulatory and safeguarding standards

You will support the full lifecycle of hardware development, from concept and prototyping through to assembly, testing, and production.

You will work with microcontrollers, sensors, wireless communication modules (Bluetooth, UWB, etc.), and modern prototyping tools to help deliver cutting-edge solutions for industrial and defence applications.

You must hold a valid Elastic Certified Analyst certification, with full working knowledge of the competencies it covers, including anomaly detection, dashboard tuning, and timeline analysis. Data Ingestion & Log Pipeline Engineering: Build, manage and optimise complex Logstash pipelines, utilising a wide range of plugins to handle diverse log formats, transform data, and enrich security telemetry.

You will be expected to contribute towards the creation and ongoing maintenance of technical documentation and provide material to support the project work or the operational support service.

You must be an effective communicator, comfortable directly engaging with customers and colleagues.
