You will lead the business requirements phases end to end – producing clear sets of requirements which enable the business to realise their required benefits. You must hold a valid Elastic Certified Analyst certification, with full working knowledge of the competencies it covers, including anomaly detection, dashboard tuning, and timeline analysis. Data Ingestion & Log Pipeline Engineering: Build, manage and optimise complex Logstash pipelines, utilising a wide range of plugins to handle diverse log formats, transform data, and enrich security telemetry.

You will supervise & develop a small cost/stock accounting team, along with supporting ad-hoc projects.

You will manage/develop a small UK cost/stock team to ensure their development & support, provide commentary at month-end for manufacturing variances, update labour rates on costs & production volumes, improve stock management processes & stock analysis.

You will be based at our Pembridge site in Herefordshire, with hybrid working available following an initial training period. This is a full time role working 39 hours per week, Monday - Friday, on a fixed term basis for up to 18-months.

You will ensure that Costing & Stock processes are adhered to, and that materials are costed with accuracy.

You will lead the production of accurate, timely, and meaningful financial information, ensuring compliance with ESFA requirements and enabling strong governance.

You will provide expert financial insight, challenge, and support to drive value for money, strengthen budget ownership, and improve financial performance across all academies.

You will be expected to check and amend designs and support junior team members. As a MEP Revit Technician you will be expected to complete electrical and mechanical designs for major residential, commercial, healthcare, leisure and retail schemes using Revit.

You will provide an advisory service to all employees ensuring they are aware of any payroll changes & support query resolution.

You will be responsible for defining test strategies, planning and leading test activities, ensuring alignment with project goals under some very short delivery timescales. The work spans several customers and a broad range of technologies and so requires a flexible and adaptive approach to testing whilst maintaining appropriate rigor.
