You will be responsible for delivery of key strategic projects in development including all resources allocated to deliver these construction projects.
You will lead internal professional and technical officers and external consultants delivering construction projects across the built estate.
You will be responsible for carrying out joinery work to a high standard, ensuring projects are completed on time and to specification.
