You will have customer experience and a strong administrative background, ideally with knowledge of housing retrofit. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential to further establish and maintain effective team working and develop partnerships. Highly competent in IT, especially Word and Excel, and ideally familiar with the Government's retrofit programmes.

You will have a track record of creating an environment of accountability through technical excellence, continuous improvement and delivery commitments with long-term technical strategy.

You will be managing several squads by overseeing the quality and timeliness of performance delivery of software solutions from all team members.
