You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement mechanical systems for municipal water and wastewater projects. The role demands strong technical expertise, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage mechanical aspects of projects from design through to completion.
You will oversee the performance of multiple external contractors and consultants, ensuring the highest standards of governance, quality assurance, health and safety, and technical compliance across the supply chain and National Highways.
You will have ideally a minimum of an HNC in a Mechanical Engineering or Construction discipline and possess well developed communication and planning skills. You'll also have an enthusiastic and positive outlook, a 'can do' attitude and the ability to work within multi discipline teams.
You will have customer experience and a strong administrative background, ideally with knowledge of housing retrofit. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential to further establish and maintain effective team working and develop partnerships.
