You will be required to manage all customer information updates and amendments via the CRM and customer contact
You must be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with 1–3 years post-qualification experience. Previous experience handling or assisting in professional liability cases. Strong technical knowledge of civil procedure and professional liability principles. Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
You will provide advice and hands-on assistance to clients throughout the lifecycle of professional indemnity and related insurance claims. This includes liaising with insurers, loss adjusters and solicitors, supporting internal broking teams, and assisting senior management with reporting and technical insight.
