You will mentor and lead your direct reports, ensuring they perform their duties to the highest standards.
You will develop and monitor the budget, ensuring the business meets its financial targets and accurately predict future trends.
You will implement an internal audit program to ensure compliance with all financial and statutory regulations.
You will also provide valuable administrative support to the depot, collaborating closely with Kitchen Sales Designers and Territory Sales Representatives to assist in arranging appointments and fuel lead generation. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to the efficient running of the depot, enabling the team to reach and exceed depot targets.
