You will navigate complex financial markets, manage risk, ensure compliance, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve outstanding results.

You will be required to visit our Blackburn office, located at BB1, approximately once a week following the initial induction.

You will be working 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday (occasional evening or weekend working depending on business needs).

You will lead the development and implementation of our Organisational Development strategy to help drive achievement of our strategic objectives.

You will ensure that our plans for staff development, wellbeing, and culture engage our staff and deliver tangible improvements to service delivery.

You will collaborate closely with other developers, project managers, and the software support team to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions. The position is office-based and would suit a motivated developer who enjoys problem-solving, learning new technologies, and working as part of a collaborative team.

You will be home based, but as Business Development Manager with customers in North West England, you will attend regular customer visits across the region.
