You will be expected to provide care at a high standard in order to help the residents and ensure that you are always there for them.

You will have the maturity to be able to work within a positive behaviour support framework, to accept responsibility, handle stress and to grow in confidence as a skilled practitioner.

You will also encourage service users to participate in social activities and develop warm, trusting relationships with them and their families. This flexible position allows you to pick up shifts that suit your schedule, making it ideal for fitting around personal commitments, study or caring responsibilities.

You will be paid on a weekly basis.

You will manage a caseload of clients, addressing their emotion, physical and social behavioural needs supporting them to progress towards independence.

You will support our programme of meaningful activity by running group sessions and activities within the accommodation to support residents’ individual development and social engagement.

You will be working at various locations across the North West - The depots you will be required to travel to are - Saltayre, Blackpool, Redscar, Darwen and Pendle.

You will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm, however flexible start and end times can be discussed.
