You will report directly in to the divisional director who will support you in making the contracts a success. The Candidate;The ideal candidate will have extensive building knowledge and experience managing passive fire protection contracts. Experience managing multiple site teams, strategically planning projects and an ability to problem solve in complex situations.

You will have responsibility for daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning and attending client contract monitoring meetings ensuring that all supporting documentation are available to demonstrate service delivery performance.

You will build a balanced well performing team around you with a constant eye on succession planning.

You will manage supplier invoices, payments, reconciliations, procurement support, income processing, sales ledger, and banking across the cluster.

You will also assist with audit preparation, budget monitoring, asset management, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and best value at all times.
