You will carry out LV and HV switching operations, ensuring safe systems of work in line with statutory requirements and industry standards, including the Electricity at Work Regulations, HSG230, and BS 7671.
You will also use maintenance management systems to record and plan works and take part in a standby and call-out rota supporting 24/7 operations.
You will carry out planned preventative maintenance and inspections, identify and report defects, and respond to reactive faults to minimise operational disruption.
You will also support delivery of the engineering maintenance plan and participate in an on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support when required.
