You will be part of Manufacturing Science team located in Leica Biosystems Newcastle and it will be an on-site role. This position reports to the Manufacturing Science Supervisor, responsible for safety, quality and productivity of all operational associates within Manufacturing Science.
You will work with a team of like-minded individuals, all with a desire to ensuring that our residents are comfortable in their home.
You will also support Care Assistants in their development.
You will also be kind and have a real genuine like for older people and their needs, ensuring we treat everyone with the respect and dignity they deserve.

You will ensure that all works are compliant in accordance with guidance and legislation. Although not essential, experience in mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems would be advantageous.
You will hold a minimum of HNC or level 4 equivalent qualification in a Construction related subject or have relevant experience.
