You will also spend 1-3 days in the workshop, testing and trialling the machinery before it is installed. Founded over a decade ago, this company supply and service fermentation machines, used in breweries and wineries, and pride themselves on their high quality of work and customer satisfaction within their niche industry.
You will be working with six people from principals to apprentices, liaising with operational managers, heads of departments as well as the Health & Safety teams. This role offers exposure to the Wider Control Damage Hazards team whilst individually being given the opportunity for professional growth within the function.
You will play a vital role in delivering accurate consolidated reporting, improving processes and helping shape the future finance function as the business expands. Working directly with the Finance Director, you will also support modelling, analysis and scenario planning for new commercial initiatives, product developments and strategic opportunities.
You will help to prepare all internal and external financial reporting as well as providing expert timely and insightful financial analysis, to support the business in maximising profitability and efficiency. Day to day duties will consist of: - Prepare monthly management accounts and other financial reports including budgets and KPIs.
