You will manage trailer movements, monitor Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) performance, produce operational reports, and provide timely information to support decision-making. The role involves working closely with Senior Management, Shift Managers, Traffic teams, engineers, and security, while also coaching and supporting team members.

You will manage three main functions of the business, with three manager s directly reporting to you and a team of 35+ behind them.

You will have the opportunity to implement real change, making this a very challenging role, with even greater rewards as you implement change .

You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of vehicles whilst on-site, charging/replacing batteries and any other activity reasonably required depending on the specific customer defined processes and procedures, adhering to HSE requirements at all times. What You’ll Be Doing
