You will work as part of a team within the Community Response Service under the direction of the supervisor, to provide a 24-hour, 365-day call centre service by being responsible for receiving emergency calls from internal and external agencies, taking appropriate action and recording all calls received.

You will lead the month‐end close, budgeting and forecasting cycles, and oversee cost accounting, inventory controls, and variance analysis.
