You will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring high standards of care delivery, compliance with CQC regulations, and the growth of services.
You will: * Lead the delivery of multi‑disciplinary maintenance and refurbishment contracts across your region. Take full accountability for divisional P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cost control and contract compliance. Develop, mentor and inspire a high‑performing leadership team, including operations managers, contract managers, supervisors and support staff.
You will need to demonstrate this credibility to managers, your team and the challenging Regulatory Bodies that govern the site activities (Health and Safey Executive and Environment Agency). You didn’t step into the title on day one.
You will work as part of a small HR team alongside an HR Advisor and will report into the HR Manager. If you’re a Senior HR Advisor looking for more responsibility, or an early-stage HRBP wanting broader experience, this could be a great role for you!
You will need similar experience in a Field service technical engineering role on electrical/mechanical equipment and be proficient in the use of hand tools and diagnostic tools (multi-meter). - Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing equipment, with experience in software configuration and firmware updates.
You will be working closely with your apprenticeship learning provider and developing positive relationships with a wide range of colleagues while developing your knowledge and capabilities to undertake the job Shortly after applying for the role, you’ll be sent a series of games that will identify your natural strengths and preferences and will determine your suitability for the role.
You must have worked in the Automotive sector * Essential you have experience in a customer - facing supply chain, MP&L or account management role. Ideally have production planning knowledge.
