You will be responsible for managing tax returns for trusts, estates, individuals, and charities, and advising clients on inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and income tax. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the probate team on estate tax returns. The firm has a client base of high-net-worth individuals with complex financial arrangements, business interests, and international assets.
You will be part of a busy team, handling a diverse range of Civil Litigation matters, with a strong focus on Personal Injury cases. Applicants must have solid experience in managing Personal Injury claims, along with a broader understanding of other civil litigation. You'll be supported by experienced Solicitors but should be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
You will be working with six people from principals to apprentices, liaising with operational managers, heads of departments as well as the Health & Safety teams. This role offers exposure to the Wider Control Damage Hazards team whilst individually being given the opportunity for professional growth within the function.
You should be able to evidence your practical involvement in developing, implementing, or supporting inclusion and/or wellbeing initiatives within an organisation.
You will be recognised as a subject matter expert, able to provide credible advice, guidance, and thought leadership to colleagues at all levels.
