You will optimise Culina Group's financial performance, business resilience and quality of goods and services received from suppliers. Key Responsibilities Contribution to the departmental savings targets Performance management of key suppliers, optimising delivery Risk management of key suppliers and key categories, in order to minimise any supply chain issues Culina Group might face

You will deliver coaching and development within your team and hold regular team huddles to ensure your team are engaged and up to date.

You will ensure the operation runs smoothly and as efficiently as possible twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and drive quality and adherence to processes to serve customers.

You will manage three main functions of the business, with three manager s directly reporting to you and a team of 35+ behind them.
