You will ensure operational excellence, scalability, and cost efficiency while delivering measurable improvements in service, cost, and sustainability. What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities) Lead the design and execution of complex warehousing and logistics transformation programs, aligning initiatives with overall business strategy and customer requirements.

You will drive continuous improvements to ensure all targets are met while maintaining the highest quality standards across every task. Ensure Smooth Handover: Deliver detailed and clear handover reports to the incoming Shift Manager, guaranteeing a seamless transition between shifts and uninterrupted operational flow.

You will also coordinate across functions and business units, track milestones, and facilitate collaboration to ensure successful execution of both planned and ad hoc initiatives. This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm offering a competitive salary and package with the opportunity to work for a forward thinking market leader.

You will manage three main functions of the business, with three manager s directly reporting to you and a team of 35+ behind them.

You will have the opportunity to implement real change, making this a very challenging role, with even greater rewards as you implement change .

You must have at least 3 years prior Military Service, or be currently serving, in any arm of the British Military, regular or reserves.

You must be over 18 years and under 57 years of age at re-enlistment.

You must be medically fit and have a Body Mass Index below 32.

You must have a full UK driving licence with less than 8 penalty points.
