You will oversee the delivery of excellent operational services within your area, regularly supervising Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and/or Senior Support Workers.

You will join us with a QCF Level 5 Adult Management Diploma, or equivalent qualification, or be eligible to complete the Level 5 Diploma

You will work on‐shift, leading your team in outstanding practice.

You will lead the principles of "nothing about me without me", ensuring the supported person's voice (behaviours, expressions, actions, words) is heard, and they are leading their support planning, delivery and review.

You will join and become part of a multidisciplinary team, working within well-equipped medical centres, dental centres or rehabilitation units where you will be valued as part of the Defence Medical Services team - Deliver a professional & personal service at all times

You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.

You will make Best Interests decisions, develop and implement Support Plans, and request care and support as needed. Your focus will be on reablement strategies, assistive technology, and community resources to support clients.

You should also have a degree-level qualification (or equivalent) in Social Work.
