You will work on‐shift, leading your team in outstanding practice.
You will lead the principles of "nothing about me without me", ensuring the supported person's voice (behaviours, expressions, actions, words) is heard, and they are leading their support planning, delivery and review.
You will join and become part of a multidisciplinary team, working within well-equipped medical centres, dental centres or rehabilitation units where you will be valued as part of the Defence Medical Services team - Deliver a professional & personal service at all times
You will oversee the delivery of excellent operational services within your area, regularly supervising Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and/or Senior Support Workers.
You will join us with a QCF Level 5 Adult Management Diploma, or equivalent qualification, or be eligible to complete the Level 5 Diploma
You will need to be a prescriber with Primary Care experience and ideally have completed the CPPE Pathway. The practice offers superb progression and development opportunities and is very supportive with any areas of interest you may want to develop.
