You will have considerable experience (3-5 years as part of a data organisation) using data tools and platforms in both warehouse and lake house/medallion architectures.
You will have significant experience interacting with business stakeholders to understand business requirements.
You will be required to attend Court on occasions for income and anti-social behaviour management. It is essential that the successful applicant must have the ability to hold and manage difficult conversations with tenants.
You must have a current driving licence and access on a daily basis to your own vehicle together with access to the internet to support any flexible homeworking.
You must hold a degree or diploma in Environmental Health, or an HNC in Housing Practice (or equivalent). Current experience in local authority private sector housing is essential. Competency in the use of the Housing Health and Safety Rating System and enforcement of private sector housing legislation is highly desirable.
You will work collaboratively across all Developer Services Teams and our contract partners to establish smooth and efficient workflow processes, sharing a clear and joint vision (North Star) whilst maintaining overall accountability for the entire project.
