You will be able to support staff, patients and their carers in different ways, such as providing quick support in a fast-paced environment, doing exercises with hospitalise individuals to help improve their fitness, or lending a listening ear to ease anxiety. This programme is designed with the intention of helping volunteers find employment in the healthcare sector.
You will be a natural communicator who thrives on building strong relationships, with well-honed interpersonal skills and the ability to lead complex projects from start to finish. In this role, you'll bring clarity, confidence and collaboration to every stage of delivery, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, deadlines are met and outcomes make a real difference.
You will be based from home, regular travel to clients' sites. - Volunteering days.
You will support management and handle various administrative tasks. The role offers opportunities for career development, on-the-job training, and a supportive work environment. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
You will make a minimum contribution of 5% which DMWS will match. Contributions will be matched up to 6% by DMWS. Death in Service Scheme: Three times your annual salary to nominated beneficiaries – subject to eligibility.
