You will deliver hands-on teaching and workshops in our fully equipped kitchens and hospitality suites, and support apprentices across programmes including Commis Chef, Production Chef Apprentices to help them develop the essential knowledge, skills and behaviours aligned to their apprenticeship standards.
You will deliver a range of mandatory and specialist training, including Moving & Handling, Fire Safety and Fire Warden training, and in-house bespoke induction and training programmes.
You will also play an important role in monitoring training compliance, supporting services during audits and inspections, and identifying learning needs to reduce risk and improve outcomes.
You will be working within our Business Revenue Centre for Used Vehicle Refurbishments and accessory fitting. This position is perfect for those with prior experience as a production operative or warehouse operative.
You will need to attend a 15-minute briefing prior to the start of your shift.
